A native of Philadelphia, Joanie Winters is an attorney with Winters Law Firm. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Winters worked in the private industry as the Director of Human Resources for a nine hundred-employee site development company. She also serves as a Director for the Chester Development Corporation and for the Workforce Initiative Act Board for Catawba Regional Council of Government, among many other local positions. Ms. Winters has received many prestigious honors over the years as she has helped build and mentor her community, including the Human Resource Professional of the Year award by the York County Chamber of Commerce and the Society for Human Resource Management in 2008, as well as the Small Business of the Year award by the York County Chamber of Commerce in 2017.
Joanie will be leading the “Managing Employees Across Generational Gaps” session at “Just Imagine. . .” wherein her incredible skill set and history will be of great use in teaching you how to manage the difference in employees who have been raised in various generations.
